Justin Samaha produces music and sound design for visual media: television, film, industrials, branding, and more.

His work is most widely heard on PBS’ FRONTLINE series, for which he has scored award-winning films on Syria, the crisis in public schools, the Haiti earthquake, the BP oil spill, assisted suicide, and others, and on Al Jazeera English’s Investigative Unit.

Samaha is a magna cum laude graduate of the Berklee College of Music. It is widely rumored that he is one of the two mysterious members of the heavy metal project band SEBEKAR, but he neither confirms nor denies this.

Samaha lives in Manhattan with his wife (a resident at New York–Presbyterian Hospital), their three children, and, of course, the family dogs Tycho and Molly.
